Green Human Resource Management, Top Management Commitment, Green Culture, and Green Performance of Malaysian Palm Oil Companies

Examining the impact of green human resource management (GHRM), top commitment (TMC), and culture (GC) on performance (GP) Palm oil companies (POCs) in Malaysia is aim study. A self-administered structured questionnaire was adapted to collect data. SPSS Smart-PLS software analyzed 165 firms’ usable responses. The empirical results found significant positive impacts GHRM, TMC, GC GP. outcome offers valuable insights into knowledge domain practices GHRM how it affects GP POCs. Moreover, observed highlight importance TMC implementing procedures create To researchers, no study has explored relationship between GC, using data from Malaysian this research’s findings enrich academicians, practitioners practically theoretically.
